Answer the parent tonight, not tomorrow afternoon.
Enquiries, demo bookings, fee reminders and batch updates from one place. Every counsellor can see all of it.
Start free · no card · every counsellor included

One place to answer parents, remember every student, and send the reminders nobody has time to send by hand.
Is this your week?
Tick the ones that are true. Three or more and the rest of this page is about you.
Where the admissions actually go
Every one of these is a small thing. Together they are most of the intake you lose each term.
The enquiry comes at nine at night
A parent messages once the homework is done. Nobody replies until the next afternoon. By then they have called two other centres.
The demo gets booked, then forgotten
It sits inside a chat thread. No reminder goes out, the child does not turn up, and everybody assumes the parent was not serious.
Fee reminders eat somebody's evening
One message at a time, copied and pasted, name by name. In a busy week it gets skipped, and collections slip with it.
What changes in the first week
Your counsellors keep working the way they already do. There is just less typing.
A real answer goes out after hours
The parent who messages at nine gets the fees, the timings and the location straight away, and a person picks it up in the morning.
Demo slots booked with a link
Send your open slots. The parent picks one, and a reminder goes out before the class.
Reminders that send themselves
Fees, batch changes, exam dates and holidays reach the right group without anybody typing them.
Reach the students who left
When a new batch opens, everyone who ever enquired hears about it in one go.
What is already in there on day one
You are not buying an empty box to fill in. Most of this is switched on before you start.
Messages already written
Templates built from campaigns we have actually run, so day one is not a blank screen and a cursor.
Automations you switch on
The journeys most businesses need are already built. Turn one on and it runs, with nothing to wire up.
A record that fills itself
Every message, call and click writes to the customer on its own. Nobody has to update anything afterwards.
Numbers in plain language
Which message brought which customer, written so you can read it without being trained on a dashboard.
An AI teammate that waits
It finds the leads nobody answered, writes the follow-up, and then stops until a person approves it.
Shaped around your business
We set it up for how you actually work, and we change it as you grow instead of handing you a fixed plan.
Why us and not something else
Parents live on WhatsApp, so we do too
WhatsApp, text, email and rich messaging from one screen, with nothing for a parent to install.
Every counsellor included
Unlimited users on every plan, so hiring another person never raises the bill.
It writes, you approve
Nothing reaches a parent until somebody reads it. The draft is ready, the send button stays yours.
We are not a learning platform. We do not host classes, run tests, store your content or take attendance. We handle enquiries, admissions and every message around them. If what you need is an LMS, keep yours and run us beside it.
Two ways to start
- Booking pages, so parents pick their own demo slot
- Somewhere to keep your first 2,000 enquiries
- Every counsellor, at no extra cost
- No card, and no expiry date
- We look at your real enquiries, not a demo account
- We show you which parents never got a reply
- We tell you what to fix first, even when it is not us
- Twenty minutes, and nothing owed afterwards
Questions people actually ask
Is this a CRM?
It includes one, but that is not the point. The messages and the student record are the same thing here, so there is nothing to update afterwards.
Can it answer a parent when we are closed?
Yes, and it answers from your own fees, timings and policies rather than making something up. A person still picks the conversation up the next morning.
Will parents get spammed?
Only if you send that way. Reminders go to the group you choose, and every message waits for a human to approve it the first time.
Can we message students who left?
Yes, if they are in your list. That is usually the cheapest intake available to a centre, and almost nobody does it.
What about our existing enquiry register?
Upload it. Duplicates get merged and broken numbers repaired on the way in, and you can export the whole thing at any time.
See which parents never got an answer
Twenty minutes on your real enquiry list. If everyone was answered, we will tell you that and leave you alone.
