Fill tomorrow's empty slots without anyone making twenty calls.
Reminders, recalls and enquiries in one place, so the front desk stops working off a printed list and a phone.
Start free · no card · the whole front desk included

One place to answer patients, remember every visit, and bring people back when they are due, on messages the patient has agreed to receive.
Is this your week?
Tick the ones that are true. Three or more and the rest of this page is about you.
Where the chair time actually goes
A clinic loses far more to quiet gaps than to anything dramatic.
Reminders eat somebody's morning
One call at a time, off a printed list. On a busy morning it gets skipped, and the chair sits empty that afternoon.
The cancellation gap never gets filled
Somebody cancels at ten. There is no quick way to tell the people who wanted that slot, so it simply goes.
Nobody comes back on their own
A six-month recall only happens if a person remembers to make it happen. Most months, nobody does.
What changes in the first week
Your front desk keeps working the way it does. There is just far less dialling.
Reminders that go out on their own
The day before and the morning of, where patients actually read them, with a way to confirm or move the time.
Recalls to patients who asked to hear from you
Everyone due for a check-up who has agreed to reminders hears from you in the right month, without anybody printing a list.
Fill the gap the same morning
When a slot opens up, tell the people who wanted that time.
One record for every patient
Every message, call and appointment on one screen, so whoever is at the desk can answer.
What is already in there on day one
You are not buying an empty box to fill in. Most of this is switched on before you start.
Messages already written
Templates built from campaigns we have actually run, so day one is not a blank screen and a cursor.
Automations you switch on
The journeys most businesses need are already built. Turn one on and it runs, with nothing to wire up.
A record that fills itself
Every message, call and click writes to the contact on its own. Nobody has to update anything afterwards.
Numbers in plain language
Which message brought which patient back, written so you can read it without being trained on a dashboard.
An AI teammate that waits
It drafts the follow-up for an unanswered enquiry and then stops until a person approves it. It is not for clinical questions.
Shaped around your practice
We set it up for how you actually work, and we change it as you grow instead of handing you a fixed plan.
Why us and not something else
Patients read WhatsApp
Reminders land where they already look, so confirmations actually come back to you.
Your whole front desk included
Unlimited users on every plan, so the bill does not move when you add a receptionist.
It writes, you approve
Nothing reaches a patient before a person has read it and pressed send.
This is not a medical records or practice-management system and it must never hold clinical information: no diagnoses, no prescriptions, no reports, no case notes. It handles appointments, reminders, recalls and the messages around them. You remain the data controller for your patients: you are responsible for having a lawful basis and the patient's consent for reminders and recalls, and for meeting any obligations under the DPDP Act, TRAI/DLT rules and any rules that apply to your practice. The AI responder drafts replies to enquiries and must not be used for clinical advice, triage or symptom assessment. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Confirm your own consent and record-keeping obligations, ideally with your own advisor, before your first send. On the call we will tell you plainly what the product can and cannot do.

- The whole front desk, at no extra cost
- No card, and no expiry date
- We look at your real appointment book, not a demo

- We tell you what to fix first, even when it is not us
- Twenty minutes, and nothing owed afterwards
Questions people actually ask
Is this a hospital or practice management system?
No, and we do not want to be. We hold no clinical records. We handle appointments, reminders and enquiries. Keep your clinical system and run us beside it.
Will patients get spammed?
Reminders go only to patients with a booked appointment. Recalls go only to patients who have agreed to hear from you. You set the rules, and you are responsible for the consent basis.
Can patients book online?
Yes. A link showing your real availability, and the booking arrives with the contact details you already have.
Is this legal advice on health messaging?
No. Health and patient-data rules in India are strict and depend on your setup. We will tell you what the product can and cannot do, but you must confirm your own consent and record-keeping obligations, ideally with your own advisor, before your first send.
Can more than one doctor use it?
Yes, with separate calendars. Unlimited users on every plan, so adding a doctor never changes the price.
See who has not been back this year
Twenty minutes on your real appointment book. If everybody is up to date, we will tell you that and leave you be.
